Need help can't figure this out

New FL user here and i cant figure out how to make a channel start off quite and get louder and louder you know what im saying.

Right click on your Channels Volume Knob, and press create Automation Clip. THen on your playlist at the bottom you can start and set it up. Sry i could of posted some pictures but i got a game in the morning

If no one does is when i get back tomorow i can make some pics.
