In general flights have taken a steep increase this summer compared to last with many being an average of $150 more!

My manager was telling me the other day that www.redflagdeals.com was a really good site too, and always had special deals and offers.

Buffalo is always cheaper. Whether the difference is worth it or not depends on your schedule, the price variation, and your mode of transportation to buffalo.
When i go to argentina i tend to save 600-900 Cdn on a flight. So definately worth it. Same with Asia, I bought a flight to asia for $900 cdn and the cheapest i could find out of toronto was $1550. Sure there is an extra stop but i see it as getting paid $650 for a 3 hour inconvenience.
Thanks for the help man! Prices are in fact way better than elsewhere!

Even better... make friends with someone who works for an airline. My best friend lives in Montreal at Delta's call centre.
Buddy Passes!!! We're flying together to the Dominican in 4 weeks for $200-$250 CDN business/1st class. We fly out somewhere for a weekend about twice a year together.
Travel agent friends are good to have as well I hear.
hey ...
is there anybody who works in a airline who need a good friend???
hahaha.

These deals do look pretty amazing...
thanks for the info.
Now if only someone would do something similar for Australian airlines
i want cheaper car rentals
anyone has some good plugs? rebate codes?
Just be over 25, and you'll save a bundle. Stupid underage driver fees...

I'm sorry but saving a few $$ but be uncomfortable (they ram the plane full of seating, leg space? What leg space??) for a 7 to 9 hour flight is just not worth it. I flew direct to Roma from t.o using skyservice and by god imagine a plane full of FOBS (and non stop baby crying) trying to also save a buck, who were praying and clapping when the plane landed back in their home country. Fly KLM, reasonable prices but much much better service. |
