help a brotha out

apparently my step dad just found one of these laying around in his work place. Now since the only mp3 player Ive ever had has been my trusty 30 gig ipod Im a complete n00b to the ways of the walkman and therefore am unable to upload music onto it. the mini cd is in a plastic case which Im supposed to put into the player and has music already uploaded into it. Now I did that and it worked but all this guy had on there was gangsta rap. Im looking for a way to upload my own music on it...any suggestions?

Do I take the disc out of the case (and if so how?) or do I somehow put the case with the disc in somewhere (floppy disk drive? lol) OR do I need a cable to plug into the computer to upload the music??

Dude... I think that's a minidisc player. You're not supposed to take apart the floppy-like disks.

To record music, you need a minidisc recorder, I believe.

lol... I remember a time where my father told me that MDs were the way to go and that they were the wave of the future, since my stepbrother had purchased one of those players.

I just stuck with my CD player and roughed it. I still use it and have no need for an MP3 player.

hey it was free. I should make the best of it and have something other than rap on it.

the best track on this guys cd was D12 f. B-Real - American Psycho 2...and it was a remix

heeeeelp!

Dancing Dude have a playlist ready

and record from your sound card to line in. there is also software that puts a few seconds silence between songs cause thats what makes the tracks

he just found another disc (gangsta rap again). Im wondering if I could possibly record over these discs with my own stuff?
