well since now there's the official 'express your opinion' thread, i suppose i could speak out cause i didnt want to pollute another thread....

i absolutely agree with danny about mark having banned timur. there are some real retards on TA who get away with some really bad and annoying stuff. banning timur for playing the devil's advocate was a bit harsh.

as for contacting other mods or swamper with a complaint about mark, well, i think they have better things to do than to take care of some silly little row in some insignificant part of the boards. i've contacted swamper numerous times in the past on variety of subjects and i dont think i ever got a response, no matter the importance of my message.

He wasn't banned, just suspended for a week.
I'd agree with Danny and you if it was an acctual BAN.

seriously whats the harm in a one or two week suspension? he's expressed his opinion more than once and in more than 1 thread, i asked him to let things be so twisted can move on. instead he chooses to repeat himself over and over like a broken record disregarding my warning. this isn't the first time he's been an ass on the forums either. there are so many of you TA's that i've spoken with in person that have expressed your disapproval of tayfoon's behaviour and quite honestly, i'm not surprised that these same people aren't going to come forward any time soon.

i've been on TA longer than ANY of you have been. i have seen the good and the bad of these boards and if you ask me, its guys like tayfoon who act all elitist, being negative, shooting people down all the time that made this board shit. of course this is my OPINION of the matter, so please don't think i am passing it as FACT and it has NOTHING to do with what transpired out of last week. you can agree or disagree with it, thats all.

elena, assumptions are the mother of all fuck ups. have you tried contacting wicked neo? or coup? i think they may also have power adding/subtracting mods. swamper is a very busy guy. even i don't get replies from him when i email him. just ask caleb but please stop assuming like the rest of the ignorant people out there. if you ever have a chance to visit the mod forum, you can clearly see that there are people that are suspended much more often than you assume. and sometimes, its for reasons you wouldn't believe. me suspending tayfoon for not settling down is NOTHING. it happens. he'll be back once the suspension is lifted.

its pathetic how some of you wouldn't want to 'waste' your god damn precious time to write a little pm or email to a moderator to express your concern over my actions but rather you can 'waste' just as much if not MORE time shitting on me in a public forum that i moderate on. I got no problems with the way Mark moderates our section... For the most part it is clean and tidy... You all begged for a new mod after Jason left.. now you have one that enforces certain rules and you all bitch about it... Make up your minds.

Kris man, ta's represent maybe 50 people in the actual trance scene in vancouver. All in all it's water under the bridge at the end of the day.
