i search a track who i heard in different trance sets like armin only (@ ahoy rotterdam) etc.

the track comprised the vocals "Sending Out An SOS" or "Sending Our An SOS"

It's probably the Police - Message In A Bottle (Sander van Doorn Remix). Armin hammered it. But there have been many tracks which sample that tune. T-Factory did one some years ago.
