Dance Valley: date change

looks like it will now be 14-16th July. Hope people hjavent booked flight tickets yet like ALOT of my friends have.

Line-up released and tickets go on sale on 23rd March (i think)

Keep in mind it's the Love Parade weekend. Plus there's the Extrema festival as well that weekend, which is known for having quality line-ups year after year.

Well planned, boys. Well planned. I guess they had to save on plane tickets for DJs.

you mean the *new* date? how on earth did they work that out??

2 of my mates booked flights only last night.. they weren't too happy. i almost did but thankfully couldn't be arsed

i just read somewhere the glade festival is that weekend too... what the hell is happening?

i think i'll still do DV, bit more trancey IMO while LP is more techno. Also alot easier for me to get to Amsterdam than it is Berlin

date was changed because out of nowhere the police rejected the permit for a 3 day weekender which was already requested back in september. Police & local goverment rejected it because of lack of police forces in that weekend. They would give a permit for only the saturday or changing dates. The organisation chose the last option and now it is same date as a lot of other parties. Extrema festival (near eindhoven, also in that july weekend) will proberly take the august 5 date so both festivals can live next to each other but nothing is sure. More info next week

he's doing Love from Above on the friday night which he organises and i imagie will be at LP the whole of Saturday. I would say the only chance would be him playing early evening on the friday.
