Oh, and it was a mix of Albinoni.

yeah, except that the rollerball one is based on Tomaso Albinoni - Adagio in G something, and the Tiesto track is based on a small part of Samuel Barber's Adagio for Strings

Adagio

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

* In musical notation, Adagio is a tempo marking indicating that the music is to be played slowly. Famous Adagios were written by Albinoni, Gustav Mahler, Frank Bridge and Samuel Barber.

Tisto has "remixed" Albinoni's piece too, "Athena" on his olympic cd. Lame attempt.

Mmmh I completely forgot about that one. Good indication of how bad it is.. been removed from my memory.
I bet Geert Huinink did a little work on the (rather alright sounding) break with the classical string parts, the rest of the track is indeed a lame attempt, rather disgusting actually, so quickly after the Anjunabeats crew released their Rollerball version.
