England Vs India

Collingwood century frustrates India - cricinfo

I really wanna see Peiterson do sumthing on this tour!!!

England are going into this way under-strength. Blackwell, Panesar & Cook have not played test match cricket before this match. Collingwood, Pietersen & Bell are under 15 matches each. Flintoff's wife is home expecting their 2nd child so he won't be fully with it & Vaughan & Giles are injured, with Trescothick home dealing with family troubles. Having said that ,Hoggard & Flintoff are used to bowling on these tracks having done so on our last tour here & Panesar looks promising.

On the other hand, the best batsman in world cricket today is leading India, and I don't mean Tendulkar, but Rahul Dravid. He is always better against us & I think he's better, not as flamboyant, but a 'proper' orthodox player. Dhoni & Yuvraj & Pathan ooze promise and Sehwag can be a destroyer on his day. Harbhajan & Kumble are old nemesis but they don't fool us as much as they used to!

Brilliant morning, I've just got up & caught the highlights during the lunch break. Some brilliant bowling from England, and India so far have found out what Australia did, that our bowling is pretty much our strongest point, and the 1st piece of our jigsaw. By bowling so well it hides the fact that since South Africa 15 months ago, we haven't had many big scores

Just seen amazing analysis of the Laxman wicket, how first ball we set him up for the outswinger but when it came in & hit him smack in the middle of his pads, and he didn't actually look at the umpire, he pretty much just walked off.

lol, those two wickets were pretty costly for England. Since when bowlers started batting? God India's team is getting more unpredictable than ever.

BTW what you guys think of Gangully, should he be in team or be thrown out. He was shown the exit doors (in a very insulting manner) after Greg Chappel became our coach.

hes the best man for the job of captaincy but as a player, he hasnt really contributed much for the past 2 years... i think its a good decision to keep him out especially since we have so many good youngsters to replace him... yuvraj singh who has taken his place since has been delivering the goods so i think thats the end of ganguly's career as we know it ...he been a fantastic player for the country but its time to move on
