whats up everyone...it's been a looong time since i've been on here. I was wondering what all of you guys thought of my take on SvD's Punk'd. It's not quite finished (are they ever?). But i think it is a pretty decent draft. Thanks!

nice intro, almost a tribal feel here. The swooshing background bass i don't think works that well, but you have some driving sounds in the mix... I really enjoyed the middle section, gave me an oriental-epic-chill-psy kinda feel which i really dig. The outro could be worked on and that first bass but other than that this is a pretty solid production

Listening, I like the intro, the percussions are cool, I think the super saw synth could be stronger, it is sounds a bit flat for my taste, this has a retro feel witch I do like .
Is going pretty cool man, looking forward for the final version.

Well I finally finished this thing. I've listened to a lot of other people's remixes which were pretty damned good and find mine pretty different (I dunno if its a bad thing). I took iLoop and Kopi's advice, which i think was a big help. I was wondering what you all thought about it.

2;55 - i like the sounds.. very deep.

break - really nice! very menacing! and dark.. the melodies work really well here. atmospheric.. i love the long break but feel it may go on too long for a dancefloor track..

this is my fave rmx of this.. but damn! where the hell is the bit after the break? i was really looking forward to it

ok, break now....nice dark atmosphere, like the breakbeat section and the choirs. yeah, it's a bit too long
like what you did with the stabs after the break

overall this is a kik ass remix. like it. really good.

Sort of a "double-edged sword":
For me "the rest" is a bit too minimalistic, i miss some of these great atmospheric elements you used in the break! It�s in my opinion solid, but nothing outstanding... 4/10

Yeah i was kind of going for a kind of minamalist aproach to it to emphasize the break. I guess it didn't work out for some of you guys. Hopefully Sander will like it .
