blame it on the label that made them famous?
they can just release their stuff on other labels if they want...

yep, I do wonder about Vandit sometimes, Monster has like 2 people running it at the mo and they have a bigger release schedule yet manage to get stuff released really quickly....Vandit need a slap.

it's about quality control on vandit, not quantity

I'm sorry but what a load of bollocks.

Posted by pvdclubber on Mar-03-2006 12:53:

no its not, vandit only releases if they can fully donate time to adequate supervison and promtion of the artist,
some record companies jsut release all the time and can't offer support due to lack of staff.
you can read that up in many places on the net,

no need to be rude, i'm entitled to my opinion!

you should know being from the UK that saying "what a load of bollocks" isnt rude at all :P

Vandit do not release enough quality I'm afraid...so to say quality rather than quantity is a load of nonsense (that better?).

Its not regarding quantity its just the fact Vandit take 5 years to get stuff released, quantity should not have anything to do with it.

i agree that they are a little slow,

waited for years before i could buy jose amnesia's "eternal"

Posted by THE_Chris on Mar-03-2006 14:02:

I'll let Art answer this... I have some news but dont know how much Im allowed to say

Posted by sandstorm03 on Mar-03-2006 14:03:

Hey vinyl master simcut,

How many of the vandit releases were previously available on Vinyl/CD before the vandit releases?

Who cares when vandit chooses to release their tracks. It doesn't seem to them that they are loosing too much money by taking their time.

you are right, the track was released on vinyl ages ago,
but some people do not like vinyl because it's inconvenient,
i've never used vinyl and never will.
i had to wait for the cd, download release, which was firstly done by vandit, as far as i am aware.

i had the track in sets from 1999 but wanted to purchase a copy coz the track is really cool

by the way you elitists could take it a bit easy on relative newbies, it takes time to get to know stuff

Vandit doesn't really do cd releases .

And something tells me that in 99 you wern't saying i wish there was a legal place to download this...

this clearly shows you are not in a position to comment on vandit, which is what i was hinting at in the first place.

https://shop.paulvandyk.de/PVDshop/...d&prodid=cdvts3

track 12: jose amnesia

i think we've messed this thread up enough and digressed too far from the nu nrg release topic

you're a perfect example of ta elitists that snub newbies,
stop assuming things about people and give constructive advice

You are what is wrong with TA.

excuse my language but are you thick or something?
my point was that the jose track wasn't released on cd or download until really late, the vinyl is from 99.

even your discogs search mentions a 2004 release,

so what are you trying to say?

this is my last post on this thread

ta is fine you are just full of yourself that's all

The Eternal has been on plenty of CD compilations for many years now. Discogs also lists the compilations and mixes which feature tracks by an artist.
