does anyone have above and beyond's cd. Is it a self production cd or is it a mix? Is it good.

I listened to tri-state last night* and i can tell you it's a complete and utter pile of wank. I'm not one of the elitist types that hates everything because armin played it once, i'm just a regular trance listener. I can tell you i very very much doubt i'll suffer through listening to this album again. Air for life and maybe one other track are the only ones that i can bare to listen to. The vocals that are all the way through this album are horrible

I was really looking forward to hearing this album as well

It's the vocalist from Luminary...

And I for one, through so far listening to the podcast, really dig what the CD is about.. it's really well-produced and the vocals are really well done... Yes it has that A&B sound.. it should, shouldn't it??

And for the first time in a WHILE i actually ordered the CD haha... Anyways, I for one, thought the cd was as far from 'wank' as could be... Really awesome CD to listen to and I'm sure there will be club mixes to burn the dancefloors with!

MY guess is a lot of the tunes will have big remixes. Cant sleep is almost certain to have an A&B big room mix or a Super 8 mix imo

tri-state - it's something I really want to hear. I like them for their remixes and for the track air for life it's amazing. I think that tri-state will be bestseler among trance fans.

There's some decent tracks, but there are also some absolutely stellar tracks. I think the album is a winner overall.

I think the production quality is awesome on this CD, but a lot of the songs sound very samey. I've only listened to it once or twice, so I'll reserve judgement on it till then. Usually takes me a good while to make up my mind
