I.D. of old trance song? (And a bonus, an old house song)

Would appreciate if anyone can ID this trance song.
I found it in my MP3 folder, titled simply NIE.mp3.

I've had it since 1999, if that's any indication.

Off-topic, but worth a shot. In about 1996 or so I heard a great house song that, oddly enough, had samples of Pee Wee Herman in it, saying something like "Hurry Up, Pee Wee"...etc. I've heard the song without the sample as well. This was on a Mark Oliver mix tape from the mid to 90's. Any suggestions appreciated as well. The song itself was fairly basic in terms of instruments and melody.

If you like that tune you'll love his release prior to that - the classic Pulverturm. All mixes rock.

Can't help with the Pee Wee Herman thing though.

Yeah, as for the Pee Wee song, the Pee Wee sample may not be from the original mix. I was hoping someone might recall it.
