Stabbing at the docks?!!
Sitting here passing out watchign the news(ctv) and thye just came on saying mutiple police and ambulances have been called to the docks. Reports of a multiple stabbing. 
stupid. Not much else to say right now. Anyone know whats going down at the docks tonight?

Knifing wounds five at downtown night spot
March 04, 2006 - 6:18 am
Toronto Police are looking for a suspect, after 5 people were slashed with a knife during a fight at "The Docks" entertainment complex on polson street.
It happened around 11 p.m. Friday. The victims were taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Police tell 680News that a scuffle broke out on the patio area of the popular night spot. Police are appealing for witnesses to come forward.
Four people have been treated and released from hospital. One man underwent surgery for his wounds.

its funny cuz any violence that happens during a hip hop type of event is never mentioned as to the type of music or crowd that is there. but if something happens at an afterhours, its the scene that is blamed immediately. so lame.

I hope the media doesnt get crazy with hip hop bashing because that will be bad for all clubs and club genres. Old farts dont distinguish between hip hop and house, they will just see ALL clubs as bad.
So awful - i'm always warned by the 'rents about going to clubs and getting stabbed or shot and think they are being overprotective and rediculous - but f**k it happens. have to be careful...
but, if it didn't happen at a club last night, it would have happened somewhere else... like in front of a shopping centre. location doens't matter to those people 
It happens mainly at hip hop clubs.
I work in the club industry and 99% of any bullshit that goes down at a club happens either on hip hop night or in the hip hop room.
Its an industrywide understanding as well.
