omgwtflol I won an Xbox360 every 10 minutes!

I decided to bring my laptop to my room and watch The Simpsons. Time has flown by and I've arrived at Deal or No Deal with Howie Mandel. During the show, there is a mini-game for viewers to call in for a chance to win $10,000. I think this is pretty common in a lot of the game shows, not to mention all the commercials advertising their own $X contests. McDonalds has their Monopoly game every year with money and cars and etc.
I frequent quite a few forums and with all the contests in the world, the only winners I've ever seen have come from the Mountain Dew Win an XBox360 Every 10 Minutes promotion. Ya, free french fries and big mac, but with the number of members on the popular forums, isn't someone bound to post about winning $99 million dollars, or 99 '67 Camaros or 99 free blowjobs?
Did they leave us behind and are using the rich man's www2 internet forums?

well for years the monopoly contest at mcdonalds was rigged, i'm sure you can find info about it somewhere
some private company did the actual contest workings and whatnot, not mcdonalds, so some guy from the other company that did the contest and whatnot would basically sell off the prizes
seems weird, but it worked for both ends
someone pays him $10,000, he ensures that they win a million
both people come out on top

i used to work a few blocks from the McDicks HQ in Oakbrook, IL. they had a mcDicks restaurant where all the managers trained.. best focking service! guys would come and make sure you had napkins and straws
