Try some of the tracks from Trance Europe Express 2. They're quite techno-y, sci-fi ish

A Positive Life - Pleidean Communication

I think they'll sound more sci-fi y if you put your mind to it.

Not very high BPM like you might want it to be, S-Ranges album "Space" might be what your looking for.

If not try to look into other Psytrance Artists.
