Visuals

The club I play at has a projector and a canvas set up on stage behind the decks, so I'd like to try to do something cool with it, I can bring my laptop, but that's about all the equipment I have access to.
I'd like the visuals to be somewhat dynamic, so I was thinking some real time rendered graphics that I could mess with. Some text bouncing forward on the kick would be cool.
Does anyone know of any decent software for doing this? I've looked into winamp vis studio, but I cant find a plugin I like.

Check out MilkDrop for Winamp, it's massive You can run live audio from your decks and into your laptop and Winamp using a line in plugin for winamp (google it).

That looked really cool though. Maybe I can persuade the club to get a license.

some guy LED just posted a beta version on the chill out room of beatharness. www.beatharness.com i belive is the website. it's bad ass, but does have a promoitional only thing at times.

I've been playing with R4 for an hour now, and it's exactly what I was looking for. Fully customizable graphics, web interface and scripting support. This would look so cool on the canvas behind me. Hopefully I'll be able to persude them to buy a license.
I'll check out beatharness too.
