Who here plays, likes to play counter-strike 1.6 ??
I have a question. how the hell can i change the crosshair colour 2.. either WHITE or BLACK, i dont like the red blue, yellow or green..
Also share some good servers :P

I'd check out the Counter-strike.net forums. Register and ask there. You'll prolly have to mod the game config to change the colour of the crosshairs. As for servers, there are a couple of good ones located in and around toronto. What servers do you usually play on?

i play on any random server.. i play aim_maps all sorts.. te aaztec dust etc dore me 2 death.. the weird thing is i saw a guy in a cyber do it like this.. crosshair_010101 or crosshair_101010 but its not working 4 me :P thnks 4 answering, ill try that (but i can't play on VAC servers because i have a borrowed account and it says i have used cheats.. a anyway..) B

Looks like you may have to dl a script to do it. It seems likely, since you're changing the local settings. That's why if you saw someone type in a command, they were probably just making a call to a local function, and it would not work for you.

you do not need to click in the sv_cheats1 command this is for
adjusting cvars and server commands, just simply press '`'(default
console command) and type in adjust_crosshair and it will change
color.

Or you could have just used the GUI (pressing shift by default) and
went changed the crosshair color from there.

moreover, you are able to change zoom crosshairs (ex: when you zoom in
with the AWP and get a new crosshair). A simple search on the Internet
will get you access to custom crosshairs or a tutorial on how to make
your own.

i compete in source and it might use the same engine.
ill ask my fag team.
i change mine thru console.
dont remember the command.

source is much better than 1.6 - cant understand why people even bother to debate it

barely play it now mate - but when i did i wasnt in a clan or anything like that.

i think thats something you can do in game. either by pressing [esc] and changing it through options, or by pressing [h] and using that menu.

hahaa yes, i know.. but i mean change it to the colors either.. White or Black .. those are the best ones 4 me..and i cant get them to that color on my computer, i had it like that in a cyber that i played in and erm.. i cant get the correct information from anyone

i dont have any specific servers i play on mate - i sorta just drift from server to server. but i'll have a look at battlefield.no!

yea the hit boxes are a real problem that actually drove me away from playing it regularly. i remember watching a video clip that showed u the hit boxes lagging behind the player by a yard or so. if the guy was running around a corner its still posible to hit him for just less than a second after he is no longer visible
