lord of the rings battle for the middle earth 2
good game just finished downloading it 5.44 GB but its worth it totaly
leecher boooooooeeeeeeeee
anyways, Played it yesterday
way better then the first game.
you can build where you want, and what you want.
gandalf isn't overpowered anymore
But the thing I noticed when you play with dwarfs, it takes a while before things get started. and when they do, your opponents will prolly have lots of heroes and units with higher levels.
I'm also glad to see they have taken things from the book: glorifindel, tom bombadil.
I mostly played with men: easy to start and good fighters.
ow yeah. galadriel's tornado FTW

I considered dl this game, but I htink I'm actually gonna buy it. It looks pretty nice, and I haven't played any new RTS's in a while.
i downloaded the demo when it came out.
never played part 1.
shit annoys me is when a part of wall gets destroyed, u cant just fix it.
have to build a wall around it.
that right ??
^don't waste your money on wall dude. when the heroes come there won't be much left of your precious wall
better invest in upgrades for the castle/units.
lol im a lotr:bfme2 demo newb.

nothing looks like the total war series
What options do you have for sides?
Looks like Goblins, Elves and Men?
Is that it? Did they dump all the others from the first one??

Played it for the first time tonight.
Wow, what an improvement over the last one...
It RAWKS now!
I was playin' the Goblins and my buddy was playin the Elves.
I seriously thought I was going to get punked when he started cutting me off with all his damn walls.
I defended up the wazoo with towers everywhere and basically bushwacked him by hiding most of my guys in the towers so when he started to come in and took out the towers....surprise!
After his inital attack he stopped and couldn't keep up with my unit building as I chased him all the way back to his main camp and simply overwhelmed him.
The Goblins got some serious firepower in the upper levels!
^^ nice. see, in my house, playing as elves im unstoppable. and i live with some reasonably high-calibre nerds!
so ive switched to the goblins coz no would play me with the elves, citing balance issues in the game (tbh they do have a point). dominating an elf player is good work my canadian friend
oh, if he wastes his money on walls just smash them down. walls are really weak, youre better off buying troops and upgrades
dont tell him that though, make him learn the hard way
^indeed walls are plain stupid.
I loved playing with the dwarfs, but they are expensive, and damn slow.
gondor is pretty good IMO
