Thats not steroids, thats synthol. Its a temporary pump you inject into your muscles, kind of like breast implants but... yeah u inject it :P

Theres a lot of lies about steroids to scare people; to the point where your average joe thinks a protein powder is going to make his balls shrivel up. Lots of prohormones are legal, its just the real nasty (stupid) shit that cause real damage and are therefore illegal.

(No i havent, and won't ever take steroids :P)

greg valentino admits to have not properly used steroids... he overdid it... if you're going to use steroids correctly, it's been proven to not cause much problems... the media just makes it out to be terrible for you... for your information, not one person has ever died from steroids... ever... if you dont believe me, watch the HBO Real Sports show about it... they interview doctors and whatnot, it's very informative
