Cool Tune, which made your first steps in trance!

I mean the track which caught your heart, mind and soul and from that moment you became the trance addict.

Mine is:
Lost Tribe - Gamemaster

PEACE

Had always really liked trance music, but the tune that really got me into trance was paul van dyk -for a angel. But when i was a kid I was into rave etc and my taste for quality music finially ended up with trance.

Unlikely as it may seem, we are all from the same generation of trance music!! Trance originally started up in the early nineties (ask Oakie, he started the craze in about 92/3) which had previously been progressive techno / house etc.
So far, everyone in this thread has been from 97 - 99 the years that actually made trance commercial (dare I say it).

Although being 20 now, I didn't start listening to dance music (I am kinda happy to admit) until I was 16 / 17. The year of trance hit me hard ('99) and so I went to Gatecrasher (having bought GC Black - seemed wicked). It has been my #1 club since (EVER), and I love it more than any other club in the country. I can't wait to follow it to to other countries - US epecially.

Bring on the trance music, I couldn't live without.

Binary Finary - 1998 or 1999 (can't remember which one, but u get the idea.....)

Posted by Bick on Jan-27-2002 07:11:

yep!

Binary Finary - 1999

Gets me everytime. Just wish I had a longer version of it though, seems 3 minutes is far too short for that song.

The song that got me directed me on the path towards trance was Members of Mayday - Datapop and, after dling some MoM stuff, I hit the big one, System F - Out Of The Blue. I read a cd review of Tsunami 1 on a site while searching for MoM video's...and System F - Out Of The Blue sounded "cool" so I decided to dl the song...
