Posted by Blakey on Apr-25-2006 18:32:

I heard Tom Jones showed up and done a live p.a of their new track last night in London.

Posted by scAza on Apr-25-2006 18:44:

that track with Tom Jones is fucking ABYSMAL

literally a dog turd has been transformed into digital music somehow

Couldnt agree more!! Absolute SHITE!!! Bracegirdle should be embarrassed for producing such garbage!! Come on Nick sort it out! And Tom Jones WTF

I was there last night and thought it was pretty awesome, agree that the new song is very pop orientated but was great to see Tom Jones and the song got the place going anyway.

They played quite a bit of their new stuff, some of which sounded very good, and of course the classics... offshore live is just something else

and how was "saltwater"???

Posted by isoterra on Apr-26-2006 22:00:

stoned in love is wank if you compare it to most of his other stuff (i say most... love on the run was even worse), but as far as cheesy singalong radio anthems go, there's alot worse about. sandwiched between all the r&b crap on radio 1 infact it sounds quite nice, just providing you forget chicane made it

Posted by Luke Terry on Apr-26-2006 23:03:

i like it

Posted by sykadelik on Apr-27-2006 16:42:

Offshore is by far their best production

yep

+1 and all that crap

Posted by goonerjack on Apr-29-2006 21:10:

Saltwater was pretty awesome too, played it right after Offshore, great combination

Posted by isoterra on Apr-29-2006 22:53:

if saltwater wasn't permanently engraved as my #1 track of all time in any genre then i'd agree with offshore too, although wouldn't use 'by far' since loads of other stuff they've done is brilliant
