Meh, its not that great...

I've done it

Posted by superglo on Mar-31-2006 06:06:

it would've been more impressive if he backslided the entire damn rail.

the first guy is chris haffey. dono who the second guy is. and its not 800. its roughly 666ft, thus known as the 666 rail. happened a few years ago. oh.. and its called a frontside, not a powerslide

Second guy would be Rob Guerrero. That's the 666 rail, so named because it's estimated to be around 666 feet. That particular grind is called a frontside, the most basic grind in rollerblading. Still impressive as fuck that they both held it that long, though.

FAKE!!!

mabye.

Posted by nrjizer on Apr-04-2006 23:22:

Faked? Umm, no.

Chris Haffey and Rob Guerrero are two of the best rollerbladers in the world. This trick is incredibly impressive, but it's fully within their capabilities. Trust me, I rollerblade myself. I've done rails a few hundred feet long (straight though... going through those curves like they did is insane).

Also, how exactly could that have been faked? Wires? How exactly would you expect to pull it off?
