oh yeah this tune rocks...in fact that whole mix rocks...it should be sangers - dreams since the guy keeps saying dreams when dj jean scratches. its probably some unknown remix or something. just like nylon - dream as one. its not listed as a remix on most tracklists posted around but its the nylon mix which is a world of a difference from the club mix.
