Rasta Reggae in Trance

I'm just curious.

In addition to Trance I enjoy good dirty dancehall reggae. I'm listening to Groove Armada's Superstylin' (mansfield mix) and I'm wondering if anyone knows any tunes that sample some reggae stylz?

peace

Being into jungle a few yrs ago........i was into ragga jungle. That fuses reggae with jungle.......dunno if you would like it. I liked it back then but not know.

I'm sorry I thought ppl would be more familiar with reggae. Beanie Man, Buju Banton, Super Cat and of course Bob Marley are examples. But I don't exactly mean songs that sample them. Just ones that have a reggae influnce most likely a reggae MC.

I know its an uncommon mix. Ragga Jungle is definetly the way to go for a mix of electronic and reggae (Congo Natty). BUT i do know some stuff is out there.

Of course there is FunkStar Deluxe but those songs are house. Carl Cox did a song Black Shoalin that was pretty cool excpet that is more techy. Also the Baha Men had a trance remix of "who let the dogs out" that was pretty shitty.

helps?

Chris Zander - Lord Of Sunshine (christian hornbostel remix)

i never heard any trance with a raggae influence in them, only jungle.and some house. theres a good remix of bob marleys-rainbow but its house. many jungle choons have raggae influence in them though.

DJ Shah "Riddem" is influenced by reggae. Check out his site at www.djshah.de

I think he was referring to Reggae in trance tunes, Not any other style of techno, He meant specifically trance, since that Groove Armada - Superstylin(Mansfield Mix) combines a trancey sound set with some reggae lyrics.

Luke Fair's new track "Kritikal" to be released on Bedrock sounds like its along the lines of what you are looking for. However it doen't have lyrics, its just more of a reggae base line.
