Smiley DJ What do you listen to while working out?

Anyone?
I have a couple CDs I've been listening to...
Paul Oakenfold - Travelling (CD2 especially)
Christopher Lawerence - United States of Trance
Kimball Collins - Generation Trance 2000

Any others suggestions from those that DO workout?

i only listen to livesets... the energy is so high it keeps you pumpin'

Of course, you need to use high-energy livesets to max out your own energy...

I like Johan Gielen's Trance Energy set (2.17.01).... and almost any set by Ferry from 2001. Picotto is good too.

hmm.....i should start workin out in the first place

i work out just about every day, and i tend to just throw in my stored mp3 cd's in the dvd player...so.. mostly live sets, nothing too mellow, mostly tracks with good build-ups.. definitely something that will keep me motivated and the energy up. although the other day i was listening to a recent ferry set, so i agree on abt with that one.

Weirdo (ImInTouchWithYourWorld) - Continuously Mixed by Captain TinRib

In my humble opinion, the best CD to workout with if you like it at a good pace.

Smile Tongue Thanks for the input!

Cool...thx guys (and gals )
Nice to see the gals workin' out too!
I guess I should have mentioned that I actually go out to a gym so I'm stuck with my CDs for now (drools on the Rio Volts~~~~).
I'm going to burn a CD specifically for workin' out so I'll probably make up my own compelation.
Hmmm....how about some suggestions on good pumpin' songs? How about some Picotto?

OMG I'm really starting to get into the 2d CD of Travelling too while excercising. Bullitt - Cried to dream is really REALLY damn good. it's just brilliant! Funny cuz i've had the 2d cd for ages but never really liked it till now. I guess I'm starting to get into more progressive trance now (w00t) heh heh

Fir3start3r-

an AWESOME single (and dream grl will back me up on this) to work out to would be:
Axel Bartsch - Drumfiles 1.0

just speed that song up on traktor to like 140 BPM and re-record it, then take it to the gym and listen to that shiz-nit while working out... drives me insane.

hehehe, i'm lucky my md can fit 160 min on a disc so i don't have to change anything to hear both cds
