You can hear "Small Step..." on Basic Perspective's myspace page. I don't hear any vocals at all...

The only other trance tune that springs immediately to mind is Marc Et Claude's "La", which is pretty old.

BTW, the Tim Deluxe ft. Sam Obernik tune I know that has "la la" vocals is "It Just Won't Do". 'Tis house, though.
