I had the Chicken Alo Goa at The Classic Indian Restaurant in Waterloo and damn near hallucinated in the stuff - Awesome!
Chicken bangoloire is another recommended dish.
Korean cuisine has quite the bite as well, I gotta say...
My bf is Indian, his mom sends over home made indian cooking all the time. curry chicken w/ rice, goat, the works. I cant eat it for the life of me tho, I cry with the slightest bit of spice. So she'll send spaghetti for me

There are two types of spicy food.
1) Herbs, actual spices.
2) chillies
Thai food, and Vietnamese food just use pure chillies it seems, where as Indian food is all about the spices.
I really like spicy food with spices instead of chillies. Sometimes the acid in the Thai chilli peppers really gets to me.

Yes. hot food is soooo good.
For curry, I use Cumin, Coriander, Cardamom, and whatever else the hell I feel like. Other stuff that I sometimes put in depending on my mood include: turmeric (yellow curry), mustard powder, majoram, nutmeg, cinnamon, tarragon (very very interesting flavour!), fennel (never tried it myself, but it's in some curry recipes), ginger, etc. in addition to hot spices & peppers. Pretty much anything goes.
I had homemade Thai Curry for dinner
Made the green curry paste myself
Its green cause its made with a fresh green chili base
mmmmmmmmmmmmmmm
I love suicide wings too ... but I usually end up crying lol
^^ not bad... I love thai food and I like cooking it too.
but honestly... you guys don't know spice until you try sri lankan food. it's doesn't have yogurt like some indian curries do. just a LOT of curry powder and chilli powder. even my spice limits are tested sometimes... and I have a very high tolerance for spice.
just ate jerk pork for dinner. Marinated it for 4 days before bbqing.....Let all that heat just saturate into the dead animal then eat it after burning. Mmmm mmm.
