I saw this on another thread...but I wanted to know if maybe you had a sample we could listen to of
The Church - Under The Milky Way (Lance Cashion Remix)
Peeps were saying it was the top tune at the JZ/Nic night at Cafeteria. Thanks.
Hey man.
I had just finished another version for James and gave it to him at Cafeteria. I've never experienced anything like that. People getting into something I had done. It was nuts man!!! LOL Thanks Jigga
I can't upload anything just yet. But, when I can get a sample out there, I will. Just waiting to see what happens with the remix...
However, here is some video I took when the break dropped.

JZ and Nic threw down.

Way to go Lance! I know you would properly represent Texas.
I just heard it Lance on James Set from SPACE. VERY NICE Track. Grats on it going down well. You deserve it. I have always enjoyed seeing you mix.
had a good time that night! dont know names of tunes or anything but i know good music!! had fun ! was totally packed if you needed to go restroom you had to get back in line !! crazyness ....thats wmc miami time!! lol
Thanks... I never got to play it while I was in Miami. Very ironic LOL.
I did not know he played it at Space as well. Nice.

anyway i can listen to this tune?
You can download Zabiela's set that have it on there. Either the one from space...or the one he did for Italian Radio a week or two before. The itialina mix though that the MC talking over Lance's work =/
You have a link to the Space set?
Holy crap Lance! That track is sick!
I heard Zabiela play it, I like the tune.. I just think Zabiela placed it wrong.. its a bit more mellow, and he seems to throw it in way later in his mixes (Possibly due to the fact people rip tunes?).
Either way, its a good tune.. I know he played it in Rome in March
peace
-Andrew
Excellent work. Love the track.

Thanks James.
From what I heard about the JZ Space set was that it was one of the best of WMC. A recording of a live set rarely captures the emotion of the set... Especailly crowd reaction (unless there is a mic recording the crowd as well). Sometimes, you have to be there to witness it yourself.
I was not there, but part of me was
All I can say about that... is ... Fooken hell yeah!
The science is defo wierd
Wow, good to know Lance and JZ left their marks on the WMC...way to go!!!
& that's why I go to shows.
The difference in pacing, timing & enjoyment between
hearing a set on headphones at work,
over my stereo at home
with a big crowd at a club
can be immense. The same set that sounds great over headphones can lie flat on the dance floor. & the set that's great when I'm dancing at 3 AM can drive me insane if I'm listening to it at work.

Hey James,
Nice work man, good to know you're not only supporting your friends, but you know when a track works and when it doesnt. I think you did a great job with an unfinished track which also fits perfectly in the set IMO.
On the other hand, I've noticed a lack of breaks in your sets which is odd but cool in a way, I guess it all depends on the right timing to throw that mean 1/3.
Good luck , May the force be with you...

Thanks for all the nice comments guys...
Yes, Lance.. Sorry I played the unfinished version as I'd lost the one you gave me at Cafeteria.. Oops!
Oh, Diggerz... I'd like to have played more breaks but the Space Terrace has really Housey thing going on I just didn't feel it was appropriate etc..
Right I'm off to break my leg at Snowbombing... Eek!

Sure to tell a story like James. That's the way to program a set IMHO.
