Do you miss those Epic Trance tracks circa 97-00?

Do you guys miss those songs, or did you get totally sick of them and never want to hear them again?

I got sick of many of them for a little while, but after the incredible Vibe at M.I.K.E. this weekend, I'm feeling kind of nostalgic.

I miss 97-98 trance. As much as 99 was great, and very emotional, there was a special energy with the older stuff.

It me it seemed a little more abstract, and a little more repetitive, with that same trance feel.

This is why im trying to find more sets from before 99.

Love the old school stuff, even if it was more before my time. 99-2000 was killer. some 2001 as well. All about progression thought.

I was dissapointed the last time he was here that he didn't play more of the epic stuff and was just banging it out. the whole reason I went was because I wanted to hear his Push stuff. I'm jealous to hear that he rocked out these tracks this time around!

I've been going through some old records just now and I forgot how much I loved these tracks!

I think April 21st at Viva is my next 4-hour slot... so I'm going to furiously organize my 1997-2001 collection and have mix CDs to give out by then too.
