ugh my fiance makes me drink that shit from time to time... nasty stuff... but full of essential nutrients. VERY good for you.
Suggest mixing it with juice instead of water.... does wonders for the flavour.

ew....redbull makes my liver hurt.
I can't believe this company came out with this product. I've never been skeptical of their supplements until now.

there's nothing wrong with a cup of coffee in the morning
this stuff is ok...IMHO, there are better 'green' supplements out there though...always worthwhile to research all of the ingredients on a supplement or speak to a registered Naturopath first.

'better' is subjective of course...and the greens+ series is good (I'm not trying to bash it at all)
I've long been a fan of Natural Factors produts (I buy their multivitamins). They have a green supplement, though it's not very tasty at all, so lately, I've been buying the blueberry version of this stuff:

Jokes
^^^ absolutely...but I'll qualify that statement
blueberries contain some powerful anti-oxidants...some claim that they are one of the 'super foods' in that regard.
the issue is...does any given supplement, juice, extract, etc. actually contain these beneficial compounds or were they never included in the first place or possibly destroyed in the processing stages?
beats me.
this goes for any supplement containing an extract of some sort (garlic, fruits, herbs, plants, etc). It's damn near impossible for us to confirm potency or health benefits of an extract. How do we even know that the manufacturer even KNOWS which compounds are the ones that result in 'x' health benefit?
