Brand New pioneer HDJ-1000 headphones for sale
In the package brand new $200 firm.

PM for how i got them, why im selling etc
so how DID you get them and WHY are you selling them brand new still in a package?
you can be such a tit elena
ok
bought headphones.... they broke
ordered senheiser hd-25's
got a brand new replacement pair of hdj-1000 headphones sent to me... now i have two pairs are headphones both worth well into the $200-$300 range
i don't want that... so im selling them
im spent... that was exhausting
Man, I need to get another pair of Sennheiser HD25s. Mine are finally nearing their end, 5 years later!
now look how easy that was, myles
elena... you really bring out the best in me
and yeah...jussed... im totally looking forward to trying out the hd-25's which are hella expensive but i found the hdj1000s to be a bit tight for my big head which is probably how i broke them
I dunno Myles, the HD-25s are pretty snug themselves. The build itself is a bit softer though and they are way light.
im trying new things... lol
i have a pair of stantons that are also cracking in several places which i am using atm
maybe im just to hard on them wedging them between the ear and shoulder, stretching them... i dunno
the hdj1000's are popular b/c they work great for others but just not for me
hopefully the sens work out
other than cans... my other equipment has been great for me although it has made me quite cash poor but asset rich
im kinda sceptic trying out new headphones
i really like how my current ones feel, very soft on the ears, snug but not too tight, flexible. i've tried other people's headphones and they just dont feel comfortable
elena what kind of cans do you have...
to clarify that last post allow me to rephrase:
elena, what kind of headphones do you currently own and speak so highly of?

The 500s will definitely start distorting if you use them at a club/party too much because they are not loud enough. The Sennheiser HD25s should feel pretty similar because they are just as light if not lighter in weight and the cups for the ears aren't overly big. The Technics have smaller cups for ears too.
And yes, it was hard to talk about your cans and using cup sizes without snickering.
julian, you're so dirty lol
im still far from playing at clubs so im gonna stick with my 500s
Hey just wondering if these are still for sale? PM'd....
My little doggie (such a darling!) chewed my SONY headphones cord in half, and apparently no one in Vancouver fixes that sort of thing. ??

Well I thought it would be easy too. If anyone in Van wants to try and help me I'll pay you if you can fix them. $40 seem fair? But this was the problem: inside the plastic of the curly headphone cord (which is the only thing he chewed in half - not the actual headphone ear parts), there are 3 different coloured fibre-like (almost rope or fabric-like) strands braided together in some special way. It's not like electrical metallic wires or anything to do with electrical. I don't think soldering would work because they arent metal at all. Hmmm I'm gonna Google it....
