Spanish Influenced Songs
I realize the topic has been done to death, and yeah, I have read up on tracks and whatnot, this question isn't so much looking for such a broad range however. I've recently been listening to my Shpongle albums and I find that their tracks Beija Flor as well as Dorset Perception really get me moving. I'm not looking for people to respond saying "OMG GO GET La Noche, it was a great track" as it's not exactly what I'm looking for. I'm not entirely sure how to phrase this in a better fashion, but I'm hoping people will be able to help me out here. I'm looking for stuff that doesn't follow the regular modern trance pattern, but of all genres (especially if there's anything that matches/is close to Shpongles ambient-psy style) and has these Spanish influences.
Oh.. and I realize that Beija Flor and Dorset Perception are Portuguese and originate from Brazillian styles, but it's more or less the same musical culture as far as I understand (feel free to correct me if you see me wrong). Again, I'm not looking for flaming saying "this thread has been posted a million times", because as far as I know, my question is somewhat different.
Thanks in advance!
Wow I was gonna post something stupid, but it seems youve done your homework! Hope someone helps you out..
well u do know that coca & villa have a track named el amanecer
right?
I think the brazillian/spanish styles are different, the brazilian is more a latin american style, some good tribal techno captures it well for example, Spanish on the whole is mainly just a language in trance, L'esperanza (the hope), Ruff Driverz ft Arolla - Dreaming etc
Check out Banco De Gaia.

Thanks for replying
I think I'm looking more for the Brazillian styled I suppose... And though it's not what I'm looking for, I do enjoy tracks like Pistolero though, I got addicted to it after hearing the Once Upon A Time In Mexico OST. I'm not sure if you've heard the songs I'm referring to so here are samples to help you help me

Arcadia, while I appreciate your want to help, I think you missed my point about not wanting Coca & Villa stuff completely.
In any case, any more replies would be great, I just find that these tracks really get me moving
