A Beautiful Place: The Sunrise Sessions :: post-PVD @ Altitude Ft. the Interview Crew

"A beautiful place to be connected in the times of our lives"

Unless you've been living under a rock for the past month, you already know PVD is in town this weekend - in fact tickets are already 100% sold out! Been wondering what to do after PVD wraps up at 530AM and the hard trance brigade takes over? Well wonder no more, as the Interview crew are invading Altitude once more for another one of their Sunday morning get-togethers with killer tunes, a quality crew, drink specials and more. From 6AM through until, well, well into the afternoon, Altitude will be rocking both inside on the dancefloor and outside on the balcony (bring your sunnies!) to exactly the kind of music you'd expect to finish off such an awesome weekend - regardless of whether you were lucky enough to score a ticket in to see PVD!

The music will be pure Sunday morning bliss with a tour of the best morning-friendly melodic dance tracks of the past decade: think Chicane, BT, PVD, Sasha, Max Graham, Sander Kleinenberg. Paul Oakenfold and more, all set within the intimate indoor/outdoor space that is Altitude on a Sunday morning. Spinning the tracks from 6AM until well into the afternoon we'll have two hour sets each from:

Ben Evans (Interview)
Matt Belleghem (Interview)
Tigerfunk (Move)

If you haven't been to Altitude before, take a look here for a 360 degree virtual tour!
http://www.baraltitude.com.au/vt.htm

Entry is $8, or $5 with your PVD ticket stub / wristband / passout / etc.

From 8AM we'll have $7.50 Red Bull & Vodkas and $5 Pints - who needs breakfast when you've got drinks like these?

Best of all, Altitude is a two-minute walk from the Metro - for a complete map, take a look here:

See you there!

So what did you have to play for them? bang bang or handbag

Posted by Anomyst on Apr-03-2006 03:31:

I played a fair bit of Tribal house, some chunky progressive and a tiny bit of melodic stuff.

all in all was pretty fun. but i packed my rekkid bag full of vocal melodic trance. and i was running out of options pretty quickly toward the end of my set.

haha. oh well what can you do.
