okay, so those that went to the meet up, so very nice to sit and hang out with piet, pascal, and ron(right) so bad with names, sorry. hung out for about an hour and then went to the club. pretty funny since the guys from signum had to go on at 11:00 and michelle and i got them there right at 11:00, just a couple of minutes before their cds/records got there. 
hey ben, i remembered this time, sorry about all the other times, but we have photo proof this time.
so anyways they get right on and they laid down a very nice set, so very danceable and the place was going off nicely. they played so many nice tracks and of course i can't id them so someone else will have to or maybe when they get a chance they can. such nice guys and really great djs!!!! had such a great time danicng to their set! i'm sure they will be great in san fransico.
then piet gets up and he just kills it from the first track on...... i was up dancing for so much of it. i was outside for a little bit with the guys from signum but hurried back in to catch most of piet's set. i'm sorry, but i thought it was great piet, yes different from spundae's set back in january but still great. didn't you see me up there dancing????? and breathing was the name of that track that i was asking about but couldn't remember the name right when you asked me. 3 hours of you beats the hell out of most djs sets anytime for me. i loved piet's set and had so much fun tonight. i haven't been out to heaven in a really long time but this night, well there was no way i was missing this night. such a great night musically. now i'm sorry i'm missing popsicle, but atleast we got 3 hours of piet!!!!!!
so much fun with the crew from the meet up, michelle, ben, chris, malia, riia, philippe, don and chris, the boys from signum and piet. lola's makes a mean martini although piet only drank baileys.
so great seeing all the TA's out for this night, bob, josh allen, rez, malia, star girl and star boy(all the way from arazonia), don, chris, thrax( can't wait to see all the pics you took), riia, julie, michelle(thanks for the ride there and the in), and anyone else i'm forgetting. john and linda although they aren't ta's they are always around and so much fun!!!
i had such a great time and i danced so much so thank you signum and piet for that!!! my favorite thing to do, dance, dance, dance and that i did and so did so many others. the place was nicely packed and a great vibe was felt all around. ET was there and thrax got quite a few good pics of him and the several washers that were in attendance.
riia, thank you so much for the ride home and thank you signum and piet for a great night!!!! can't wait to do it again and next time let's try for 4 hours piet, okay?

The Meetup was AWESOME! I loved that! Thanks Piet, Pascal, and Ron!
Arrived at Lola's around 8:45 p.m. and went right over to the VIP TA tables that were waiting for us (or, more like look for the other TA's stumbling around and try and figure out where we can sit...lol). Michelle was on her way to pick up Signum at their hotel, so we started with some drinks and food.
Pascal and Ron of Signum arrive first, then Piet of Rank 1 along with Tim their manager, so we scramble to find some more empty chairs! The guys from Signum were really nice and it meant a lot that they showed up since their plane had arrived at LAX around 3 p.m., they had only been in LA for a few hours and it was already 7 a.m. in the Netherlands by the time we all sat down together for drinks! I shook Piet's hand, and he informed me right away that I had the wrong shirt on (Armada) since that's not his record label and he tells me to go sit with Signum! So where are the t-shirts then at www.rank-1.com, eh?
Halfway through my beer, TA Chris tells me that Lola's was where the Apple Martini was born...
oh well, next time then since I don't mix drinks or I do throw up! 
Chatted with Tim some about the clubs here, Sensation White NL, San Francisco, the universe and the galaxy within which it lies, and then I hear someone say "sh*t, it's 10:30 already!" and I remember that Signum was to start at 11! Everyone jumps up and heads for the door, into the rain (btw, today is beautiful and sunny here in LA, the guys from Signum will be happy to know...)
Since a drop of rain in LA usually clears the streets and nobody's to be seen for miles, I start thinking about what impact the rain will have on Heaven...an hour after we get there, the place is full though, so I guess they go together nicely! Signum starts off chill but then really gets the crowd going, and was great to hang out backstage with the DJ's (dinner and drinks with your favorite Dutch DJ's: priceless!)
Highlight of the night for me was when Piet threw on Tilt's remix of "DJ Tiesto presents Allure, The Loves We Lost." Piet tells me that he really loves this song, and I tell him that I have it at home on vinyl (no, I didn't take his copy, really I didn't!) The night gets even better when at 3 a.m. I'm expecting the closing DJ to come on and discover that Piet's closing the night instead! The music stops a little after 3:30 and the crowd (still going strong) was screaming for more, so back Piet goes to the decks and plays several encore songs, closing with a mix of "Awakening" by special request when the lights go on at 4.
What a night, a real Dutch treat!

I first want to thank all those who came to the meet-up On Friday. I wish more people would have come though. 
It was hard pushing it the way I wanted to when I was at WMC!
Anyways.. I had a great time Friday. Pascal,Ron, Peit and Tim are are so Funny!!

I have not seen heaven that packed in a long time. A lot of people came out to dance! I was a little worried there for a second b/c at 11 there was really no one there.
I loved Sigmus set. I wish I had the energy to dance more. With only a day to recover after WMC it was so hard. My legs just could not do it!
I am sorry I had to bail real early from Peit set.. I had to be at work at 8am
My second day so I could not really mess up.
Oh well. I still had a lot of Fun! It was Great to see everyone again after my trip!!

What a fun weekend....
The TA meetup was a nice way to start the night (sorry if I was a bit shy...). The real partying started when we got to Heaven and I completed my mission: I got Tim Somehow I got myself pretty too but it was all fun 
I think I ran between the stage and the smoking patio about a million times, and before I knew it, it was 4am!
It was nice meeting In2muzikk, Xenpro, Starboy and Stargirl, and it was great to see all the regular TAs (you know how you are)!
Piet, Tim, Pascal and Ron: Thank you for the awesome music and great times. I had a blast hanging out and partying with you guys!!! We gotta do it again soon! 
Piet: Thank you for sharing certain adorable pictures, SWEETIE! (I know how much you love that word )

signum & rank1 were great.. it pretty much felt like they were all just playing at a house party or something.. it was intimate and just how i wanted it to be and by reading the reviews at popsicle thank god we went to this instead. we got there early and watched bob and the guys set up the eqipment, along with all the greasy beafcake male strippers fixing to leave the place before no time we were watching piet finish up the night with his encores (he played pretty much everything) he satisfied all the ta's needs
btw i even enjoyed the washers so weird.. but its cool, didn't bother me
I had such a wonderful time on Friday night from start to finish! I want to thank Piet, Tim, Pascal, & Ron for coming out to Lola's to meet-up with us. It was great meeting some new TAs and seeing all my old friends. Here are some of my favorite pictures from the evening:

They might be a bit boring since the same guys are in almost every pic (just wanted to take pics of my friends that night) The quality is not the best either because I just got a new camera that I'm learning to use.
