Sounds of Rotterdam - Michel de Hey

Sounds of Rotterdam is the new upcoming album of De Hey. This album is expected in March of the label EC.

Is Rotterdam sound still hardcore? I remember a very old song, that had the into :"This is the sound of Rotterdam" and then brutal harcore would start that had nothing to with trance...Is it still like that?
