ok i feel ashamed to ask this, but its the first time im using reason, but how do i open my sample window?

Do you mean sequencer window? Because i think the samples are loaded through a device i think. If it is the sequencer then it can be dragged up. I only have the demo, so cant actually use samples?

you can load samples into NN19, NN-XT and Redrum.

yes you can load samples into NN19, NN-XT and Redrum as djsphere pointed out.

Manuel doesn't come with the program I'm afraid - he couldn't fit into the box.
