The vocals are alright, not much of a great melody or feel to it. Probably the problem is that it was placed at a wrong part of the set... no, its just not that great. 4/10 |

I thought it was another filler because the next track makes going thru this one well worth the wait. The bassline and tribal drum effects make it alright but the feel is just not there. 6/10 |

Better than most Proggy Psy and Goa but not up to par in my opinion. Boooooring. Worst track in the CD 4/10 |

How could you rate any track 10/10?

| 10. Kalafut & Fygle - Novocaine (Mark Otten Remix). This Mix from the last song to this one was practically impossible to hear. |

I will do mine on a simple scale.
CD 1: Track selection: A-. It would have been an A+ but I agree the male vocals kills the mood of the cd. When I purchase the actual cd, that track will get skipped every time. Transitions. C+. Especially the first 4 mixes. I have a pair of Fisher Price record players and could do better. Gets better after that at least for a while.
CD 2: Track selection: B+. Mixing B+. Better mixed, more consistent than disc 1. A little slow and dark which I like because it reminds me of trance form the early to mid-90s. Some people may not like it as much as disc 1, but at least Tijs shows he actually can make some good transitions when he wants too. I think he just was lazy on disc1 and wanted the tunes to speak for themselves. I hope.
Overall grade: B. This is mainly due to the track selection and the fact that it is a HUGE improvement over the pos that was ISOS 4. If he could just mix his studio mixes better, it would be an A. I've seen Tijs live many times and his mixes usually aren't as bad as on the last two ISOS.

How Did you think it compares to the first 4 ISOS's. I was looking at the ISOS website and it showed Volume VI in the little tab. Noooo Not Yett!
