Software that can split single mp3s into corresponding tracks?

I have a few shows downloaded that are in single mp3s with corresponding cue sheets. Anyone know the best way to use to .cue to split up the large mp3 into its corresponding tracks without having to burn it?

how about the reverse? what if u have a recorded set as a bunch of mp3s and u want to hear it in continuous flow as one piece
