My guess is cause it's awsome? Anyway you need side-chaining to make this bassline.

Well, I couldn't make a 100% accurate sample, but I got pretty close using z3ta and sidechain compression in FL. Basically did 1 regular saw osc, and another one in multi mode (unison), just slightly detuned, ran them both through a high-pass 24db filter and set the filter envelope to about 15%, and a fast decay in the beginning. I filtered out some of the searing high freqs. with an EQ. I can send you the z3ta patch if you want....

It's okay mate. Someone posted them on here a while back and I saved them cause they may be useful!

That bassline, yeah as mentioned is sidechaining...

Using either a Saw waveform, or a combination of square and saws in a multi osc synth.

I dont know a right lot about making these basslines though, but I am sure there are several topics on this here, just look about!
