Q about movies.

Help me out� I was watching a few movies and I thought to my self

What movies have had the leading/-supporting actress shot on screen, and/or die as well? Same with children

So I�m curious to know wot movies have done it� and if not why cant society accept such screen shots or movies.. ?

actress thats my point... we rarely see any main actresses die on screen. why though

The only female in the movie, who the main actor falls for, tries to escape with one of the convicts, but is captured by someone who is hiding in the back of the jeep, they kill the convict in the car, the girl is questioned while she is on her knees, than executed with a bullet in the head.

At the end, the girl that Vin Diesel falls in love with (who happens to be someone from his past) dies as she tries to come to the aide of him as he battles the necromonger king - the king hits/throws her away from him and she lands on the spear of a statue.

Kevin Spacey decapates and sends the head of Gwenyth Paltrow to Keanu Reeves - times perfectly such that he receives it while he is with Spacey to try to obtain the sin of wrath... they are in the desert and a delivery comes in a freezer box to Keanu, he opens it, sees the head and well - you watch the movie and see if he kills Spacey.

i'll argue that b/c we dont see her being killed nor do we see her head we are told to assume it..

Heres the thing, you wont see women shot on screen much - hollywood tries to be more creative and have them die in other methods.

In Assault on Precinct 13, there is absolutely no sugar coating it... the cop pulls out his gun and puts a bullet right in her forehead and then the cinematography goes to a shot where you see her laying there with the hole in her head.

Brad Pitt opened the box containing her head at the end. I think his reaction is supposed to be enough to confirm that, yes, his wife's was decapitated

Irrversible is a brutal movie and extremely violent but I liked it. I'm not sure if Bellucci's character died because I never saw it in english or with such subtitles, but her fate was pretty harsh and if she did die, I would not be suprised. I don't think we ever learned
