I dont have a clue what it says. But its fuked up. Ive had some friends & people i knew die from it. I dont understand, cause they all seen Trainspotting b4 they did it too.

i've always considered myself open to trying new things, whether shit like bungie jumping or drugs or w/e
but i would never, EVER, go anywhere near opiates
i realize i have an addictive personality, and i know i'll love it, but i know i'll want nothing but it, and while sure it may feel 1000 better than an orgasm, i'd rather live the rest of my life instead

and they may have seen trainspotting, but i gotta say that movie's got nothing on requiem for a dream
movie scared the shit out of me, soundtrack is just so god damn haunting

Believe it or not pure heroin, at a reasonable dosage is one of the least physically harmful drugs. The problem with it is it's incredible adddictiveness and the effect that can have on your social life given how hard it can be to obtain and the various crap used to cut the heroin.

wildly enjoyable, even more addictive, and EXTREMELY painful to get over after you've been using regularly for more than a few days...

I knew this guy back home, he used to go to college and was among the coolest kids around, he was good in studies, music, was a great basket ball player....was very popular until he started doing heroin with some of his friends.......he started puking blood while playing basketball and became addicted in about couple of months...

The last thing I have heard of him: He is somewhere in Australia right now running away and Sri Lankan police who is after him.

Heroin probably the dirtiest drug. I know this guy who was addicted to it for about 30 years, he's only about 45 - 50 years old but he looks like he's 65 or more and has only got two teeth...

in high school there was this girl in my class..... the kind of raver girl ....she was a cool girl very nice she was just using pills but then she tried with her new bf heroin ....1 month after she was dropping school and running away from home .She began to live in the streets with her bf in squats with other drug addicts.I saw her several times in the center of the town begging for money

I heard about her by her ex best friend in january ....she was about to go to rehab

Heroin itself doesn't make your teeth fall out or your flesh rot. What happens is people become so addicted that they no longer care about getting their daily intake of fresh fruit or having that infected scratch looked at. Also when drug dealers mix heroin with other substances to increase their profit they use all sorts of substances which often are quite harmful.

Do remember that the majority of heroin users are actually casual users who also manage to hold down a job. The criminalisation of heroin use alienates these people and pushes them into an underclass where they start to cause serious problems to society (and not just themselves). I knew a successful real estate agent (drove a brand new merc) who was a regular heroin user - eventually he died of an overdose, a common fate as illegal heroin supplies are not regulated.

This article is clearly propaganda, the photo of the deformed kid and the caption clearly suggests that heroin use leads to those kinds of deformities. As far as I know this has not been proven.

interesting....i would never shoot up heroin because i hate needles. Ive freebased it before though..and yes, if you use it for like 5 days youre sleepy & lazy all the time the next week.
I had never heard about the skin rots before so i wondered..thanks for the info Astroboy.
