New r-mix im working on

This is a r-mix im working on for Takkra. It isn't finished, ive only banged some ideas together and i would be appreciated if you could give me feedback on the sounds and melodies used. I havent mixed it down or arranged it, so dont comment on the quality - it will sound a lot more proffessional when its done.

It was all done on Reason so havent bothered using any other programmes yet.

another remix. im sure takkra is pleased.

not too keen on the beginning of the intro doesn't compliment the track. just doesnt seem to fit.

i see you have went for the more trancier angle on this. i like the synth useage in the intro although you need to cut that intro goes on far too long.

levels seem very low. need to get this pushed up mate.

bass is nice synths are nice. although i dont think you have used the space enough the left and right seem very dry and everything is very central.

breakdown similar to intro think this would be a reason to cut that intro. 4:07 you have a new sound here. i like it. is that takkra's piano run through a synth?

nice elements just use the space more and add more layers.

I actually panned the some left and right. Ill pan it some more.

Yeah it is his piano mate. As for the riffs i did them myself. Only element i kept was the chord's and piano from the original.

perc is way too simple
i know u said it will sound more professional but hey, even with no master/compersion/eq this could sound better than this...it just sounds werid

intro is fun with the choppery intro .
lol youve made takkras melody sound alot more trancy! .

suppose that were your intentions .

the saw is kinda weak..

bass is a bit deep maybe?
kick sounds weird for a trance tune, might wanna fix that .

i think the track feels a bit simple, try to make it standout, grab the listener!

without any mastering comp etc this is kinda good i think.

Weird? meaning?

Yeah the percussion will be a lot better once its finished. Once its been EQ-ed and the FX are sorted it will sound a lot better (the sound quality will be imrpoved). I know some of the synths are weak and will be Phattened up dont worry. Also the main riff will sound a hell of a lot better once its been EQ-ed it doesnt sound proffesional enough, i know that but i will once i finished
