Jody Wisternoff - Cold Drink, Hot Girl

New track from one half of Way Out West. Amazingly addicting choon. Would be something great to play in a loungy environment but it's also danceable too.

That Other Mix 7/10

and yes to the above, the 80's vibe is strong in this one giving it an electro appeal.

Empty? :/ Both are pretty layered, especially the original...they don't need any more riffs, IMO.

Yes, idd, there are many instruments, synths,... playing, but that doesn't make a track 'full'. This track misses something, a sort of gimmick.

I don't talk about the technical side which is very nice, but overall, it misses something.

Only my view...

hopefully he'll produce more of these solo tracks, and maybe here's some new direction for next way out west album too, would certainly be refreshing..
