I just bought an IPod Mixer

How long before I can play out?

I have the flu (H5N5?), and needed to entertain myself.

wtf is with people judging what others use to mix? that isnt any different than using CDs, TTs or anything - I wouldn't use it but i sure as hell wont bash anyone for doing it/using it. i can't stand bashers.

Numark said iDJ2 owners can also use USB devices such as hard drives for music playback via rear panel USB ports.

The ipod mixer is fine if your a wedding DJ.

I hate it when companies use 3d renders instead of real product shots.

I don't understand what using an ipod or any other "new" technology has to do with losing the art of djing. There really seems to be a massive aversion on TA to any kind of new dj tool. Manually moving a vinyl record and beatmatching is not the art of djing. Track selection, mixing, and crowd control is and it doesn't matter what technology you use to do it.

wtf you can't change the pitch? What the hell are they thinking?

Posted by jun139 on Apr-15-2006 12:24:

thats why buying somethin like an ipod mixer is sure a waste of money.. i personally am against it .. this is like so different from using a CDj or a TT.. plus if u have been using a CDj or a TT.. the feeling wouldn't be rite if u use a ipod mixer .. but yeah if would be decent i guess if u ARE a wedding DJ who i think not many ppl here are .. or i may be wrong .. who knows.

iPod mixer looks like a real competitor to CDJ-1000mk3 muhahah!!!
