What do you want to do before you die?

About 3 years ago I made a big list of all the things I want to do before I die. I try and find the time and money to stick to it, and so far I have done quite well. I try and add things to it all the time. Here are a few examples of things I still want to achieve / do:

• Ride a camel into the desert
  
• Go up in a hot-air balloon
  
• Have my palm read
  
• Bathe in the Blue Lagoon in Iceland
  
• Walk on stilts
  
• Visit Kenya
  
• Drink a bottle of wine that is older than I am
  
• See an active volcano
  
• Learn to speak with a decent Welsh accent
  
• Smoke an expensive cigar
  
• Run a marathon
  
• Have a barbershop shave
  
• Feed a crocodile
  
• Visit the Leaning Tower of Pisa
  
• Create a giant cr�me egg out of lots of little ones
  
• Read War and Peace
  
• Drink tequila in Mexico
  
• Swim with a dolphin
  
• Throw a coin in the Trevi fountain in Rome
  
• Go on Safari in Africa
  
• Have my portrait painted
  
• Stand on the Great Wall of China
  
• Give blood
  
• See Paris from the top of the Eiffel Tower
  
• Watch the sun rise over the ruins of Machu Picchu in Peru
  
• Watch a launch of a space shuttle
  
• Brew my own beer
  
• Eat street food in Bangkok
  
• Don't shave for 1 month
  
• Plant a tree
  
• Visit a concentration camp
  
• Make a hole-in-one
  
• Learn the Napoleon Dynamite dance
  
• Throw a watermelon off a tall building
  

Go skydiving.

Meet Paul van Dyk.

Go to Ibiza.

Go to Japan.

Go to Alaska.

Meet TAs whom I haven't met yet, including my closer yet far away ones...Maria, Vivid, Orbax, Echo, jonsun, Lisa, Marie...

Drive a Honda/Acura NSX.

WIll name more as I can remember them...

Which from your original list have you done?

- observe a stellar explosion
- observe a gamma ray burst
- spend a night with the girl of my dreams :P

- Party in Ibiza, Spain
- Drink a bottle of amazing wine, while smoking amazing herb & chatting it up with an amazing woman (amazing sex soon to come after the night ends)......(oh and all this must happen together in one night, otherwise i've done all 3 separately and that doesn't count!)

- Go on a cruise in the meditteranean (sp?)
- Eat Shark
- Ride an ostrige
- Catch a wave on a surf board
- Fall in love
- Visit Australia
- Go to the Carnival in Brazil
- Buy a winerack that holds +50 bottles
- Collect enough wine to put in my very own made cellar
- Have a child and be a supporting Father
- Drink all the best tequila's
- Go to Mexico and eat real mexican food
- Walk the streets of Rome and Venice.
- Para-sailing
- Buy a Motorcycle
- Buy a Jetski
- Live in my own condo
- Watch the Cirque du soleil live
- Visit California and see what all the fuss is about
- Get a dog (preferably a Border Collie) and train it to play frisbee with me.


i could think of more, but i think thats enough

. Get married have kids
. Fly a Jet
. Sky Dive
. Drive a fast ass car on the autobon *sp
. Ski the swiss apls
. Be in a movie
. Make millions of dollars (in the works)
. and a bunch of other bullshit.

I would advise against doing this in the southern california area. I hear reports of downed balloons.

how do you plan to die before you die?

Can you tell us more about the volcano?

Whoa did MM have a near death experience? That post was like...non vitrolic, pleasant and insightful. Didnt even mention his disgust for all the peons of the CORe even

-Run a marathon
-Go to Africa
-See the Middle East (seriously probably would be last thing I did before I died. Kazing!)
-Go To Greece, Australia, and Japan
-Go cave and underwater wreck diving
-SkyDive
-E
-Drink the best beer ever made

Or do them all in a 2 day bender.

visit volcanic islands for our holidays each year. Lanzarote has one which is dormant but still 400c just below the surface, there's other islands including one which is still active, I believe if you google La Gomera you'll find it.

17.This is the last thing I will ever do, a few minutes before I die, i want to jump off a plane at the highest point that you can skydive from, without a parachute, so I can land in the middle of the ocean.

- Release a single, even if its mostly illegally downloaded

- Be able to watch MTV for an hour straight with the likes of hip hop completely missing
- Go to Europe
- See a famous DJ in their home country whilst in Europe
