digital in pionner djm 800 mixer
so lets say i have this mixer and i plug the digital out from my cdj 200's and i plug the other end into the digital in on my mixer
what exactly does this do for me?
how do i benefit from it?
so you're asking how you'll be able to benefit from connecting your digital source to your digital mixer via digital coax?
when you're not having to convert signal from analog to digital or vise versa you will experience very little to no sound quality loss
and that nice digital main out, if your soundcard is capable, you can record directly to your computer without having to convert the audio signal
what tony said. Basicly your signal path is more pristine and less likely to have interferance because a digital signal handles interference better than an analog one.
