Please identify old PVD Set ch00n
Hi guys, ive done a search on the archived ID's and cant seem to find this. I havent posted or been on this site in a while and hope you can help me.
Around Late 2003 - Early 2004 there was a topic regarding a track in a PVD set, and it was quite a big topic with hundreds of replies regarding the name of the track in question. Like i said, ive done a search and cant find anything, and due to the number of replies in comparison to the other ID'd tracks out there, im hoping that this topic sticks out in a TA's head.
I would be grateful if someone could give me the name of that track if it were ever ID'd.
Thanks
Paul
Gee that's a tough one. Maybe by process of elimination you might find it, so for starters I think there was a lot of debate about a track from his 2003 Cream Ibiza Closing Party set. What was thought to be Telescreen - Phoenix or a mix of Telescreen - All Engines turned out to be The Nomads - The Holy Land Spirit (Club Mix).
Or might have been a discussion about a 2002 set from Cream Amnesia where a tune thought to be Bizarre Inc. - Playing With Knives ended up being IDd as Big Bass v. Michelle Narine - What You Do (StoneBridge 'Playing With Stones' Instrumental) or (StoneBridge 'Playing With Stones' Remix). Still not too sure what mix it was.
That's a start anyways
Cheers for the quick response
I'll start by listening to samples of the above mentioned. The only thing i can remember was that it was a real melodic trancer. Superb melody to it
The sample that was posted if i can remember correctly was the buildup, breakdown and part of the melody on its own.
Check out Paul van Dyk - Connected . Might have been a bit earlier, but generally around that time.
It's definetly not that one, just checked a sample of 'connected', its a bit harder than that one.
I dont think it's even a PVD Track at all.
Cheers anyway though m8
Second Sun - Love Simulator (PvD rework) maybe?
Thats the one!
Cheers Chris
by the way is the pvd rework available anywhere to buy?
Nope, and unfortunatly it probobly never will be
Best version you'll get of it is in Paul van Dyk - Nature One 2004 310704.
