I really need some web design help

My webpage needs some major modifications and I really wanna try and get someone to help me put my ideas down... and someone that has some ideas or suggestions themselves. If anyone can help me do some of this, of course I'm willing to pay.

Some mates of mine created that, got all sorts of PHP, SQL, etc.... wizardry.
