Trying to talk my boy into going to this will be tough. What is the crowd usually like at Sullivan Room?

I'm sure you can go to both cosidering A&B doesn't have long sets from what I heard. First time in NYC and don't know when they'll be back, heh. Yea, definitely need to catch Luke Chable if possible

Can you elaborate? I was thinking of picking it up last night because it was getting good review in the album discussion forum and it's only $12 at Virgin since it just came out.

Posted by Shamez214 on Apr-25-2006 20:43:

I didn't think it was bad at all. Nor did I think it was "lame."

I listened to it 3 times on my ipod and after those listens i deleted it and probably will never listen to it again. While some individual tracks stand stand out as good club tracks, they are just club tracks. And the atempts of ambient abstract type stuff on the album come off as more of filler material to fill up space on the album. If your interested in picking up some good musical albums pm me and and i can recomend loads. If your looking for a cd that will get a few listens then tosses in a stack and forgotten get the lostep cd.

~fr0st

PS: lame was a poor choice of words, but is a bad atempt at a artistic album.
