Monitoring Headphones
I have been currently using my Technics RP-DJ1200 headphones for monitoring. How acurate would these be? Would i be better with a set of hd25's or what headphones would be good for monitoring?
Also i have been offered a really good deal on these: Tannoy Reveal 6d Almost new for 250GBP with warranty.
Worth it? How would these measure up, bearing in mind the price.
Regards
I tested many many headphones. The HD280PRO did it for me.
U might wanna have a look at this SOS thread on the subject:

Good luck choosing!

sennheiser hd650's all the way...excellent headphones really comfortable on and very good quality.
I use AKG k240 Studio headphones for monitoring. They're very comfortable and sound amazing. It's a little bit hard to mix bass with them but that's probably more or less true for all headphones.
